ENHANCEMENTS

Microsoft link conversion using Secure Conversations now independent of SMG
The sharing policy option "Convert native Microsoft file/folder links in email body to Trusted Share links” has been renamed to “Convert native Microsoft file/folder links in email body and secure conversations to Trusted Share links”. Also, the option is no longer a sub-option of the Secure Mail Gateway (SMG) option and is instead an option of its own. This change allows the conversion of Microsoft links pasted into Secure Conversations (which adds a file/folder to the share) to be enabled even when the Secure Mail Gateway is not enabled by a sharing policy. -
Audit page update
The table within the Audit page of the Cloud Web Portal has been redesigned, applying the UX applied the My Shares and Share-With-Me page in release 144. We now allow users to choose which columns to display and to change the sizing of each. And sorting is now available with all but the “Name” column. -
SWML now copied as a hyperlink to the clipboard
When a Share-With-Me-Link is copied to the clipboard from the user menu, we did not prepend https://, which resulted in the link being pasted as plain text into most applications (e.g., Outlook). We now prepend the link with https://, so that the Share-With-Me-Link is now recognized as a URL when it is pasted by the user. -
Users are allowed to change the default expiration on a TS, but not to delete it
The user override option associated with the “Set default expiration for all shares” sharing option allows the user to change the default value, but it also allowed the user to eliminate the expiration altogether when the user override was enabled. To address this issue, we added a 2nd user override option that is specific to changing the default expiration time. The two override options allow a sharing policy to be configured such the user can make changes to the default expiration, but not remove the expiration entirely. -
SMG notifications to be aligned on the left side
When a secure email was sent via the Secure Mail Gateway, the email body was left justified but centered in the middle of the email. To improve readability and achieve consistency with the originally composed email, the email body is now aligned on the left side of the email.
BUG FIXES
- There was an issue when making some files as favorites in a Trusted Share. In the “Favorite Tab” when the user selected all the marked files and clicked to remove these files from “Favorite Tab”, some files were not removed, and the user needed to refresh the page to remove all the files. This has been corrected and should no longer be the case.
- There was an issue when a Secure Email containing a M365 Native Link from the Native OneDrive “Shared with Me”. The link failed to be converted to an eShare link. This has been corrected and should no longer be the case.
- There was an issue when a user accesses a Trusted Share with a single PDF file, after OTP authentication, the file did not open in preview as it should. This has been corrected and should no longer be the case.
