ENHANCEMENTS
- Improved OTP Prompt Experience on Apple Devices
On Mac, iPhone, and iPad, the One-Time Password prompt now supports automatic code detection from SMS messages, allowing users to select a code sent them when completing their OTP verification. Additionally, users can submit the OTP code using the Enter/Return key, eliminating the need to manually click on the access button. - Signature Support for Secure Conversations
Users can now configure a personal signature that can be optionally added to Secure Conversation messages they initiate or reply to within the Secure Conversations window. The signature is created and edited using a new signature icon in the menu bar of Secure Conversation when composing or replying to a message. The same icon is used to place the signature in a pending message. - Allow/Block List Management Enhancements
The Allow/Block list page within the Admin Console has been improved to streamline list management for administrators.- List entries are now displayed in alphabetical order for easier navigation.
- A search box has been added to quickly locate specific domains/emails.
- New “Download” and “Copy all” buttons simplify list management.
- Uploaded CSV files can now overwrite the current list, enabling bulk updates.
- Recipient Domain Security Suppression for Secure Mail Gateway
Within the Secure Email page of the Admin Console, a new setting (Enable Domain Security Suppression) allows admins to configure SMG to bypass secure mail processing for recipients whose domain matches an entry on the selected bypass list. Such recipients receive an unsecured version of the sent email. As such, these recipients are not included as a user in any Trusted Share that may have been generated for recipients that have not been bypassed by SMG.
This feature is intended for clients who have TLS connections with other organizations and don’t want SMG to secure any emails sent to these organizations.
BUG FIXES
- When generating a shareable link for an individual file within a Trusted Share, external recipients were previously redirected to the root of the shared folder. This issue has been resolved, so the recipients now land directly on the intended file.
