NEW FEATURE
- Enable Trusted Sharing via CWP from SharePoint Subsites
Admins can now enable Trusted Sharing via the Cloud Web Portal from SharePoint Subsites. On the SharePoint Sites admin console page, an admin can enable a subsite for sharing by adding and enabling the subsite using all existing available means of specifying and searching for the subsite (e.g., inputting the URL for the subsite via the “New” menu). The subsite will have the same sharing options as a normal site (e.g., Share With Me Link) and will be shown on the Cloud Provider page with the subsites name.
- Custom Extension Option for Email Notifications
A share owner or co-owner will now have the option to select a custom extension period when responding to email notifications about a pending extension. This option is similar to the access extension option within a share.
BUG FIXES
- As a recipient, you could still see shares in Shared With Me for which your access had been disabled. This issue has been resolved and is no longer an issue.
- SPO site linking failed when the group email address included an apostrophe. This issue has been resolved and is no longer an issue.
