A new feature has been introduced to the SMG manager page that allows administrators to upload a .zip file containing custom HTML templates for email notifications generated by SMG (Secure Message Gateway).
Note: The HTML files should be added directly to the .zip archive.
ENHANCEMENTS
Enhanced search functionality An enhancement has been introduced in the user licensing page in Manage Organization that allows administrators to search by email address and the users full name.
@SMS feature An enhancement has been introduced to the @mention SMS notification. When utilizing the feature, for users that have verified their mobile phone number, the number will be locked in place when using the feature in Secure conversations. For users that have an unverified number, participants in the Secure Conversation will be able to input any number in the @mention field until that number is verified in the Settings menu by the owner of the phone number.
Improved end user information message
A wording enhancement was introduced in the message displayed to end users when attempting to access a Trusted Share with "Login required" enabled that they are not a member of.
The message now reads "Your request to access this item is pending for approval by the share owner."
Additional Audit events An additional Audit event category has been added to capture the removal of SharePoint sites as a cloud provider. These include: -activate -disable -enable SWM link -set Policy (only the name of the policy) -ts restriction group (Owner or Owner+Member)
BUG FIXES
Trusted Shares generated via SMG utilizing a Sharing Policy that had the "Owner compose only" option selected would not respect the setting. This has been corrected and recipients should once again be unable to compose a new message, respecting the setting.
A minor rendering issue has been corrected when viewing the Trusted Share generation module in mobile view.
