CWP 113 Release Notes
NEW FEATURES
- New PDF editor
e-Share has enabled PDF Form Filling capabilities. This feature will allow users to fill out PDF fillable forms that are included in Trusted Shares. Organizations that would like to utilize this feature will need to reach out to customer support in order to enable this as the default PDF editor.
Hotfix 113.1
Access Link
A new method has been created for creating and communicating a Trusted Share.
You can now create a trusted share from a file/folder and obtain a link to this trusted share (access link), then send this access link to people to invite them to join/participate that Trusted Share.
Organization administrators will need to assign the Access Link module to a Sharing Policy and the Trusted Share generated from the Access Link will mirror the properties of the Sharing Policy assigned to it. Only one Sharing Policy can have the Access Link module assigned to it.
ENHANCEMENTS
- Allow/Deny list
Allow/Deny list entries will now be checked upon saving the Sharing Policy, and will remove any duplicate entries of domains or individual emails in the list. - SSO trigger for DropBox
Functionality of unlinking a cloud provider when an Organization utilizes SSO trigger, has been extended to include Dropbox. Users that are removed from the access group will now have their Dropbox account removed in Cloud Web Portal. - PowerBi user count report
PowerBi reports provided by e-Share now have a new section named "e-Share Operations" that provides the number of user licenses consumed by the Organization. The Cloud Web Portal page that also displays the license count for Org admins will also draw the data presented from the PowerBi report.
BUG FIXES
- There was an issue where the "Max upload file size allows" option would be made available to users when "Create & upload" was also enabled during the creation of a Trusted Share. This has been corrected and the option will once again respect the Sharing Policy setting defined by the Organization administrator.
- A minor display issue when Trusted Share owners attempted to add a user to a disabled Trusted Share has been fixed. Users will now be presented with a message informing them that they are unable to add users to a disabled Trusted Share.
