ShareWithMe link for SPO in Cloud Providers For SharePoint sites that have ShareWithMe link enabled, a new button has been added next to the drop down list of Cloud Providers, that allows users to copy the link and share it with colleagues/recipients to facilitate collaboration.
ENHANCEMENTS
SSO trigger and Cloud providers Users that have their Cloud Provider linked to e-Share via SSO trigger when part of an Azure AD group, will now have their Cloud Provider unlinked from the cloud providers list of e-Share, when they are removed from the assigned AD group in the e-Share SAML application.
Streamline available options in Recipients tab of Trusted Shares Recipients of a Trusted Share that are designated as co-owners will no longer have an expiration date attached to them since they are not treated as regular Trusted Share recipients. Additionally, as an owner, the Disable and Extend options are no longer available for users that are designated as co-owners of the Trusted Share.
Suppress Trusted Share email notifications for internal recipients of SharePoint sites
An enhancement has been introduced when creating a Trusted Share from a SharePoint site, that will suppress the initial email notification sent to all internal recipients (SharePoint members) when the Trusted Share is generated. The following two Sharing Policy settings will need to be enabled in order to suppress the notification,
-Disable email notifications - ON
-Include all SharePoint members as co-owner - ON
The owner of the Trusted Share can always leverage the @mention feature in Secure conversations to alert targeted recipients of the Trusted Share.
Sharing Policies sorted alphabetically Sharing Policies are now presented in Alphabetical order both in the Manage Organization menu and when creating Trusted Shares as a user.
Added GB as a metric for the "Max file size" option in Sharing Policies An enhancement has been introduced in the "max upload file size allowed" option in Sharing Policies that now allows users to define the file size in Gigabytes. This should alleviate the previous issue where the UI did not provide sufficient feedback to the user when defining the size limitation.
BUG FIXES
There was an issue when utilizing the allow/deny list that would prevent specific users from being the recipients of Trusted Shares, even if their email address was present in the allow list. The allow/deny list is no longer case sensitive and should no longer incorrectly prevent users from receiving Trusted Shares.
