NEW FEATURES
- Support for email aliases
Users are now able to attach an email alias to their work identity by adding it under their Account settings->Identities menu. The setting can be enabled by Organization administrators and can be found under Manage Organization-> Device Settings.
Users that attach an email alias to their corporate identity can use it to log in to Cloud Web Portal and generate Trusted Shares under that alias. - Support for additional file types in Trusted Shares
Users are now able to upload additional file types in a Trusted Share. These types include Media: audio/video file types like mp3, avi, mp3, mp4, etc. Images: png, jpg, gif, bmp, tiff, etc. Custom : includes files with various extensions, these are defined by the Organization administrator when editing a Sharing Policy under the "Limit File upload types to" option.
ENHANCEMENTS
- Hidden cloud providers menu
The Cloud Providers sub menu will no longer be visible to users that have no cloud provider associated with them. - Obfuscated Phone numbers
The phone numbers of users eligible for SMS notifications via the @mention feature in Trusted Share secure conversations, will now show only the country code and the last 4 digits to protect the users phone privacy. - Additional search filter in Auditing page
An additional option has been introduced in the Search field of the Auditing page, that allows users to list files sorted by cloud provider. - Show cloud provider in details pane of Auditing page
A minor enhancement has been introduced in the Auditing page that shows the cloud provider source when viewing the detailed information of a selected file.
