NEW FEATURES
- Mark user as Delegate
A new feature has been added that enables Organization Administrators to mark a user as a Delegate. Organization users that have been added as "Full Access" delegates in a users o365 mailbox, will automatically be added as co-owners to any future Trusted Shares the user creates.
This feature can be found in Manage Organization by clicking on the "Choose action" button next to a users name and selecting "Mark as Delegate".
In order for this feature to trigger, users that are marked as Delegates, will need to access the Delegators mailbox in o365 and send a message from his mailbox. - 3rd Party Domains block list
Adding a domain to this list disables the "OpenID" login option for corporate domains that do not allow for 3rd party OpenID authentication. Recipients of trusted shares from these domains will only see the option of "Register with us", the ability to create a user/password in the e-Share platform. This list is controlled by e-Share, but organizational admins can request that new domains be added to this list by creating support tickets with e-Share. - Nested replies in Secure messages
Enable the ability to quote and reply to a specific message in Secure Conversations. The reply message will include the text of the original message, formatted in a way to make it clear it is the original message, followed by the reply text in the secure conversation. - Trusted Share ownership change
A new tab has been introduced in the Manage Organization section for Administrators called "Transfer Ownership", that allows transfer of ownership for Trusted Shares between users of the Organization. In its current implementation the feature only supports transferring ownership for Trusted Shares created from SharePoint,
Some pointers include:Only "working" TS will be transferred.Both the original owner of the Trusted Share as well as the new owner need to be members of the SharePoint site in question.You cannot transfer ownership of a Trusted Share originating from a shared mailbox.Ownership transfer for encrypted Trusted Shares is not supported.
ENHANCEMENTS
- Information Panel
Updated the wording on the link in the file/folder information panel that opens the object in the cloud providers native view from the word "External" to "Direct link" to better convey its intended function to the user. - Trusted Share extension request
A minor enhancement has been introduced that highlights the requested time extension from the recipient, allowing the Trusted Share owners to click the "Approve" button and automatically select the requested time extension. - Auditing page Filtering
The filter feature has been added on the Auditing page of Cloud Web Portal. Users can use the filtering features to search for listings of specific events in order to review a limited set of audit records. - SMS placeholder format
A minor enhancement has been introduced in the placeholder text presented when users utilize the SMS notification feature within Secure Conversations, to better convey to the end user the expected format of the phone number added. The text will now be consistent between this page and the Account Settings one.
