Support for SAML as an Identity Provider Organizations can now leverage SAML as an IDP. This will provide Organizations with the flexibility to assign different predefined IDP's to Trusted Share's as Authorization mechanisms.
@Mention support for Trusted Shares Recipients of a Trusted Share can now utilize the @Mention capability in Secure Conversations. When a Recipient is mentioned this way, an Email notification will be sent to said Recipient, that will inform him and prompt him to visit the Trusted Share by following the link provided to view the exact message. Email notifications originating from the @Mention feature are not subject to any restrictions imposed by Notification settings of the Trusted Share and are always delivered to the Recipient. Currently only Recipients that are already part of a Trusted Share can be mentioned this way. A future update will expand this feature to allow Recipients to suggest other users to be added using the @Mention feature.
e-Share Object Link A new feature has been implemented that enables users to link Folders/Files in a message in Secure Conversations. Users can right click on a Folder/File within a Trusted Share and from the menu select the option "Copy Secure Link", this will enable the user to paste the link in Secure Conversations to be utilized by other Recipients. When clicking on the Item linked, users will be taken directly to the item destination within the Trusted Share to facilitate navigation within Trusted Shares that contain a large number of Folders/Files and Recipients.
This feature in combination with the @Mention feature, we hope will further strengthen the Users ability for fast and easy collaboration.
ENHANCEMENTS
Improvements for Logging users in Trusted Shares. Recipients that bookmarked a smart URL present in a Trusted Share notification (prior to accessing it), would be met with an error if they attempted to access the Trusted Share from another browser via the URL. We have introduced a enhancement that will prompt the user to Log in again and if he is a valid Recipient of the Trusted Share he will be granted access.
"Sign in as a different user" support Recipients that attempt to access a Trusted Share with Require Login enabled will now be able to select the option "Back to Login" when requested to input their credentials, that will enable them to sign in as a different user. If the user is part of the Trusted Share they will be granted access and if not, they will be presented with a message informing them that the URL they tried to access was intended for another user.
