New Trusted Share type for Validation/Transformation of Files. Support for a new type of Trusted Share that enables users to upload files to a Trusted Share which contains a JSON file with a predefined set of validation rules (customer defined). Uploaded files will be validated and Transformed according to the defined rules and returned to the customer in that Trusted Share indicating failure or success.
Audit Events will be generated describing File Validation Upload, Validation and Transformation. For now only the XLS file type is supported with more file types planned to be supported in the future. Please contact support@e-share.us if you are interested in learning more about this feature.
New value added for File Edit Audit Event. A new value has been added in File Edit Audit Event, that captures the Sensitivity Label of the File edited and presents the Label to the user if there is one present.
New main color selected for Text. A new main color has been selected for Text in Cloud Web Portal that provides better visibility and differentiate Text presented with the color Grey.
New Sharing Policy option for Secure Mail Message Preview. A new Policy has been added under Sharing Policies in Organization Management for Administrators that will enable users the preview Secure Mail Messages content.
