Task Manager for Downloads
There is now a new Task Manager to track download progress. The new Task Manager is located to the bottom right of the CWP and can be expanded and collapsed. -
Login Terms of Use can now be associated with Domains (Frontend)
You can now assign separate Terms of Use (ToU) to be viewed by specific users associated with certain Domains (specified by Admin). After you have contacted e-Share with the list of Domains you wish to be tethered to a specific ToU, they will appear under your Login Terms of Use tab in your e-Share management dashboard. The assigned version will be the default for all users of your Organization and the Active one will be the one presented to the users specified by Domain. You can only change Active version in a not assigned ToU. - UI enhancements for Allow/Block list
You can choose to enable Allow or Block list in the Device or Sharing Policy and set the domains that you want to allow or block.
- Device Policy
When you select 'Allow sharing to specific domains', and add one or more domains in the list, all domains present in the list will be allowed and everything else will be blocked. Leaving the list blank, means that all domains are allowed.
When you select 'Block sharing to specific domains', and add one or more domains in the list, all domains present in the list will be blocked and everything else will be allowed. Leaving the list blank, means that no domains are blocked. - Sharing Policy
Similarly, you can configure Allow/Block lists in your Sharing Policies tab with the same logic applied as in Device Policy.
When Block domains list is configured in Device Policy and in Sharing Policies, the Block list in Sharing Policies settings takes priority.
When Allow domains list is configured in Device Policy and in Sharing Policies, both lists are combined to allow collaboration with recipient domains
This feature is currently supported only in e-Share Web Portal when new Trusted Shares are created, when new recipients are added to an existing Trusted Share and when recipients attempt to invite others to the Trusted Share - Move SSO configuration option to admin portal (internal, backend)
The current SSO setup option is moved from NCC admin to e-Share portal so the organization's admin can setup it up with appropriate mappings, certificate, etc.
