- Introduced 'Acceptable Use Policy' upon login for internal users
Organizations may now require their users to click through 'Acceptable Use Policy' prompt when logging into e-Share Portal. Options to display this prompt include, just once or during every login. In addition, customers can create distinct policy to display at login event based on the email domain for the user. This option provides organizations to display customized terms of use prompt for each business unit by associating with specific domain.
- Sharing Policy option to display recipients list
A Trusted Share owner/creator can now enable the option to allow recipients to view the list of recipients included in the Trusted Share. In the case of a Trusted Share created via an email, the option is enabled only to display recipients in To and CC list. The list of recipients in BCC list would not be visible to recipients.
- Added Policy in Trusted Shares to allow/deny Recipients to be visible to each other
There is now a new Policy added under the Trusted Share options that will allow/deny Collaborators from seeing the full list of recipients of the Trusted Share. Recipients that will be allowed to see the full list of Collaborators will still be limited and unable to see BCC recipients.
- New Allow/Deny list of domains for Sharing
It is now possible to configure Allow/Deny list of domains to which users can create Trusted Shares. Until now, this option was a global configuration for the organization. In this release, the option configure Allow/Deny list of domains may be configured in Sharing Policies.When Deny list is configured for the organization and also in Sharing Policy, the Deny list in Sharing Policy takes priority. And, when Allow list is configured for the organization and in Sharing Policy, the combined list of recipient domains are allowed for creation of trusted shares.This feature is only supported in e-Share web portal when new Trusted Shares are created, when recipients are added to an existing Trusted Share and when recipients attempt to invite others to the Trusted Share (assumes, recipient is granted permission to invite others)
- New audit events and email notifications
The audit activity logs in e-Share would now include events when:- Trusted Share owner or recipients create a new folder in a trusted share- Trusted Share owner or recipients views a file in Office Online in a trusted shareNew email notifications are generated by e-Share when:- Trusted Share owner or recipients delete a file in a trusted share- Trusted Share owner or recipients create a new folder in trusted share
