- Updated Password complexity requirements
New users that create an account in e-Share or users that opt to change their password are now required to set a password with 8 characters minimum, including one Uppercase character, one Lowercase character. This new Policy applies universally to all users and is now the default.
- Removed the ability for users to change password when SSO is enabled
The ability for users to change their password if SSO is enabled for your Organization is now removed. This change is universal and it is applied when SSO is enabled.
- Added Policy in Trusted Shares to allow/deny Recipients to be visible to each other
There is now a new Policy added under the Trusted Share options that will allow/deny Collaborators from seeing the full list of recipients of the Trusted Share. Recipients that will be allowed to see the full list of Collaborators will still be limited and unable to see BCC recipients.
- Trusted Share option to limit Uploads by Size and File Type
There is now an option that will allow Admins of an Organization to restrict file uploads for Recipients based on File Type and Size. You will find said functionality under your Manage Organization tab (e-Share management dashboard->Sharing Policies)Supported File types are as follows,
Documents: Doc, Docx, txtSpreadsheets: xls, xlsx, CSVPDFNote* For the feature to take effect, in the Trusted Share sharing options, Create and Upload files must be set to all Folders.
- Added a direct link in email notifications for suggested Recipients
There is now a link in email notifications when Recipients suggest a new Collaborator, that takes the Trusted Share owner directly to the Accept/Reject suggested Recipients menu for new Collaborators instead of forcing the owner to navigate to that menu each time a new Collaborator is suggested.
- Support Wildcard for filtering Domain Names
There is now support for Wildcard to allow whitelisting Domains. Previously it was only possible to do so if you provided the full Domain Name.
