In this guide you will see how to allow Recipients of a Trusted Share to invite other Collaborators not originally included in the Trusted Share.
Note: Currently in Release 83 suggested Recipients must be registered with CWP to receive the invitation. In future releases it will be expanded upon so registration will not be needed.
There are currently three options to manage the feature.
- None
When set to None, the author of the Trusted Share must manually approve a person that has been suggested by a Collaborator of the Trusted Share that already belongs to the same Organization as the author or a person outside of the Organization. - Same Organization as the inviter
When Same Organization as the inviter is selected, Collaborators that suggest a person that already belongs to the organization as the author, said person is auto approved to take part in the Trusted Share. - All
When set to All, every person suggested that belongs to the same Organization as the author or is an external partner is auto approved with no further actions needed.
To access the feature, you must first navigate to our Cloud providers tab and select the provider where the Trusted Share is located.
Next, select the file you wish to share securely and select Trusted Share.
The next window will allow you to select the policies you would like to apply for the Trusted Share including the feature.
Once the recipients receive the email and access the Trusted Share they can Invite/Suggest others within the Trusted Share.
