ENHANCEMENTS
-
Detailed Audit Event for Override Approval
The audit event for override approval now includes both the recipient's and the owner's business justifications. This enhancement ensures comprehensive record-keeping by capturing the full context behind the access request and approval.
-
Keyword-based Allow/Block Lists in Device Policy Menu
Admins can now add a defined recipient list to the allow/block sharing setting in the device policy menu using a keyword. Existing Trusted Shares will automatically adhere to this setting.
-
Elimination of Informational Email Notifications
Some informational email notifications are no longer being sent to reduce inbox clutter for users. The following notifications are no longer being sent:
-
Trusted Share file uploads
-
New secure conversation messages and replies that do not include @mentions)
-
Trusted Share access notifications
-
Access link in use notifications
This suppression applies to all Trusted Share participants, including owners and co-owners.
-
Custom List Matching Options
When defining a recipient allow/blocklist, admins now have a checkbox that determines how list entries will be matched. If unchecked, recipients will be allowed/blocked based on a 100% exact match of their email domain. If checked, recipient will be allowed/blocked based on a partial match.
BUG FIXES
-
When an owner/co-owner copied the Shareable link from a Trusted Share, anyone who clicked on the link was automatically approved and added to the trusted share - even if auto-approval was set to “None.” This bug has been fixed.
-
When a recipient uploaded a folder within a Trusted Share, co-owners and owner received duplicate email notifications. This issue has been fixed, and it is no longer a concern.
-
When previewing a file within a single file Trusted Share, the file would open in view mode. However, after pressing the exit button, the file would disappear from both the files section and the secure conversation. This issue has been fixed.
