This document describes how to access a trusted share as an external user.
1. Email notification:
- You will receive an email like the one below:
- Click “Open” and you will be redirected to your browser to choose the authentication method:
- Verification Code via email.
- Verification Code via mobile.
2. Verification Code via Email/Mobile:
- If you choose to receive the verification code via email, you’ll get an email like the example provided.:
- Enter the six-digit password in the required field on your browser and click “Access”:
Similar procedure with the verification code via Mobile.
3. Guest Portal Access:
- To avoid clicking the “Open” button in the email invitation every time, visit the guest portal of the sender’s domain (e.g., Domain.com/guest).
- There, you’ll find two login options:
- Login with your email provider.
- Login with us (eShare).
4. Login with eShare:
- If you choose the “Login with us” option, you’ll be redirected to the sign-in screen.
- If you’ve created an eShare account with your email, enter your password to sign in.
5. Creating an eShare Account:
- If you don’t have an eShare account, click “Sign up” and follow these steps:
- On the Sign-Up page, enter your email:
- Choose one of the following options:
- Register with your email provider.
- Register with us (eShare).
6. Password Recovery:
- If you forget your password after creating an account, click “Forgot Password” and follow these steps:

- In the password reset email, click the “Reset” button.
- You’ll be redirected to the “Change Password” page to set up your new password.
