In the Cloud Provider tab, create a folder and add the PDF documents you would like to share,
Open the PDF Document you want to add Fillable fields to, then select Create fillable form at the top of the page,
Once selected, a number of options will appear below the Create fillable form button. Select the type of field you would like to add to your PDF and click to add it on the page. Once added you can adjust the size of the field. From left to right the field selections are:
Add a button, Add a text field, Add a Radio button, Add a checkbox, Add an Option selection box, Add a bulleted list, Add a signature field, add a Date field
Once you add your desired text fields, signature fields, date fields, etc, click on the Create fillable form button again to save your changes, once completed you will receive a notification saying the PDF was saved.
Close the document, repeat steps 2 through 5 for any additional PDFs, then when you are ready send the folder as a trusted share to your recipient. Once they receive the Trusted Share, they can open the files and fill out the needed fields, then add their signature once completed. You will receive a notification when they finish filling out the forms and sign it.
